Friends, Partners, and the Keel Family,

I'll keep this simple. Because, well, that's kind of our thing now.

Thank you. To our clients who trusted us with their homes. To our trade partners whose craftsmanship brings every project to life. And to our incredible team, who somehow puts up with me and manages to get better every single day. I don't take any of it for granted.

Looking Back at 2025

This year, we leaned into a phrase that's become more than a tagline for us: Custom Homes. Simplified.

Sounds easy, right? (Spoiler: it's not.)  Building a custom home is one of the biggest decisions a family can make. We believe it shouldn't feel overwhelming. So we got to work: making the process clearer, the communication faster, and the experience something people actually enjoy.

Here's what that looked like:

  • More homes started. More homes completed. More families served.

  • We opened our new model home. A big milestone and a new way for people to experience Keel firsthand.

  • We showed up at Homearama and showed what we're about.

  • Our team grew across sales, design, operations, and preconstruction. More talent. More heart. Same mission.

  • Keel and UrbanCore worked more closely than ever.

None of this happens without the people around us. Our trades don't just build homes. They build trust. And our team? They're the reason I get to do what I love every day.

Looking Ahead to 2026

We're not slowing down.

  • Expanding into new counties, bringing Keel to more families while doing what we do best: building on your land.

  • A new community in the city. (Stay tuned.)

  • New plans designed around how families actually want to live.

  • Continued investment in our people and the tools they need.

Through it all, we're staying steady. Staying thoughtful. Staying focused on the people we serve.

A Simple Thank You

Here's what I know: none of this works without trust. From our clients. From our trades. From our team. That's something we work to earn every day. I don't take it lightly.
