Keel Honored at the MAME Awards — Here's What It Means to Us

Last week, we were recognized at the 2026 MAME Awards — Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence — alongside some of the best builders and real estate professionals in the region. We left with three awards, and we're genuinely humbled by each one.

The recognition matters to us, but not because of the trophies. It matters because it reflects something we've been quietly working toward: building homes that are thoughtful, guiding people through a process that can feel overwhelming, and doing right by the families who trust us. That's the work we care about.

We were named Builder of the Year in the Emerging Builder category, which recognizes growth and impact in the market. We don't take that lightly. It's a reminder to keep doing things the way we've been doing them: with care, with intention, and with the homeowner at the center of every decision.

The Kiawah, our model home in Summer Lake, won Best Model Home in its category, and honestly, walking through it tells the story better than we can. Every selection, every trim detail, every layout decision was made with real families in mind. Not to impress on a spec sheet, but to create a home that actually works for the way people live.

A few things that make the Kiawah worth experiencing in person:

  • A private cedar sauna off the primary suite — spa-level wellness without leaving home

  • A screened porch with intentional dining and lounging zones, flowing naturally to a rear patio

  • Open-concept living designed for connection, not just open space

This isn't a showroom. It's a fully realized home. The kind of place where selections from our design studio come together and suddenly make sense. Where the abstract becomes something you can walk through, sit in, and picture as your own.

We also want to recognize Keegan Muth, who received the Platinum Award for Sales Volume, the highest individual honors at the MAME Awards.

What that means for anyone who comes to visit: when you walk through the door with questions, ideas, or just a general sense of curiosity about what's possible, you're in genuinely good hands. Keegan has guided a lot of families through this process. She knows how to make it feel manageable, and she's there to have real conversations, not to push you toward a decision.

The model home is where those conversations start. It's where questions get answered, where ideas take shape, and where the process begins to feel like yours.

We're proud of these recognitions. But we're more focused on what comes next: continuing to build well, and continuing to serve the people who trust us with something as important as their home. This is a moment to say thank you, and to keep going.
