Project Manager
MISSION:
To independently manage and deliver Keel Custom homes on predetermined schedules and within predetermined budgets, and achieve excellent customer service
REQUIRED OUTCOME:
Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and vendors to build each Keel Custom Home within a predetermined schedule.
Manage and hold subcontractors and vendors accountable throughout the building process to bring the house build in on a predetermined budget.
Set customers expectations and deliver what is expected to achieve an excellent customer service rating.
